Fair Housing & Content Compliance
Operational review checklist
AgentOS assists with content production; it does not replace broker, MLS, advertising, or fair-housing review.
Before publishing
- Use inclusive, property-focused language and do not express preferences based on protected characteristics.
- Avoid neighborhood descriptions that imply identity, safety, religion, family status, disability, or other protected traits.
- Verify prices, availability, statistics, schools, commute claims, and market statements against current authorized sources.
- Confirm ownership or a valid license for every photo, logo, testimonial, music track, listing record, and video clip.
- Include required brokerage, license, equal-housing, material-relationship, and platform disclosures.
- Do not use targeting or lead handling that unlawfully excludes protected groups.
AI-generated content
Review every generated caption, script, image, voice, and avatar. Correct unsupported facts, disclose synthetic media where required, obtain consent for voices and likenesses, and retain source and approval records.
Escalation
Pause uncertain content and send it to the responsible broker or compliance reviewer. Material edits should be reviewed again before publishing. Contact support@localhost for product support.
