Terms of Service

These terms govern use of AgentOS, operated by AgentOS Development. By creating or using an account, the account owner agrees to these terms and represents that they may bind their business or brokerage.

Authorized use

Users must protect credentials and have authority to upload, generate, and publish all submitted content and media. Users remain responsible for brokerage rules, advertising disclosures, licensing, fair-housing compliance, platform policies, consent for voices or likenesses, and the accuracy of property and market claims.

Connected services

Social networks, listing sources, email and AI-media providers are governed by their own terms and may change, limit, or suspend access. AgentOS does not guarantee third-party availability or approval.

Prohibited conduct

Users may not publish unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content; access another account; evade security or quotas; distribute malware; scrape the service; or send spam.

Service changes and termination

We may change the service, enforce reasonable usage limits, or suspend access to protect users, third parties, or infrastructure. Users may export and delete their account through the product. Provisions that by their nature survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations—remain effective.

Disclaimers and liability

The service assists with marketing operations and is not legal, brokerage, tax, or fair-housing advice. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and AgentOS Development is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the operator’s principal jurisdiction, without regard to conflicts rules. Support questions may be sent to support@localhost.
